I thought we had a tutorial on our Knowledge base on how to clear headlights..but there isn't.
Basically the best way is:
-Preheat your oven at 225 degrees and let it bake for about 10-15mins
-Immediately after you pull the lights out carefully with a flathead screwdriver pry the lens and housing apart
-Once the lens and housing are apart you can remove the amber lens or paint the chrome reflective housing black if you choose to have black housing headlights.
-Preheat the oven at 225 degrees again and have the housing and lens bake for 10 mins.
-Immediately take out the lens and housing and firming press the lens and housing together till sealant hardens again to form a firm seal. (Have some oven mits or something to protect your hands while you are pressing the lens and housing together)
Thanks a quick tutorial and summary. Hopefully I can post my tutorial I did for my headlights on my 7g up sometime soon which would apply to majority of any of the headlights or tails on the process of seperating the lens from the housing.
